INSTRUMENTS

The Instruments with which we can work, are only the following:

ü SBLC (Stand by Letter of Credit).

ü BG (Bank Guaranty).

ü MTN (Medium Term Note).

 

With any of them it will be essential that the Client submit the following updated documents:

ü KYC of Instruments.

ü CIS of the Client.

 

Once the above is received and the DD is positive, we will make a Formal Proposal.

BANK CASH

For Banking Cash it will be essential that the Client gives us the following updated documents:

ü KYC of Instruments.

ü CIS of the Client.

 

Once the above is received and the DD is positive, we will make a Formal Proposal.

For protection of both parties, and to save us time, from the beginning the Client must be able to move the funds to an account in his name and under his total control in an acceptable bank that the Platform will indicate for the following reasons:

ü The Platform will never risk breaching a contract due to errors in communication with other banks.

ü The Platform must ensure that the Client, upon receiving the Program returns, will not be blocked, that the Client will have free availability of them.

 

It is important that the Client keep in mind that he will never put his capital at risk since:

ü The Funds are never blocked, only reflected to the Program and under the Client's promise not to move them until the end of the Program.

ü The Client always has control of his account and of the funds in it.

Regulation of obligation for future Clients

FINMA has issued to our facilities "Offices and Delegations", new instructions regarding the Fight Against Money Laundering, thus prohibiting companies under their control to negotiate with previously unverified clients.

Therefore, we will not give information to anyone who does not submit previously: KYC + CIS

 

The Client must be clear that it is a "privilege" to be invited to participate in a High Performance Program, not a "right."
